After graduating from the University of NSW, Carol continued her clarinet studies in France, returning in 1988. Carol has performed with the ABC Sinfonia, Melbourne Philharmonic, the Australian Wind Orchestra, and in recital and live broadcasts for the ABC. Carol has taught at the Sydney Conservatorium and is currently an education writer for the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and Musica Viva In-Schools Program.
